DC Sports is not responsible for racquet breakage during stringing if:
– the requested tension exceeds the manufacturer's recommended tensions.
– the racquet has cracks and the customer still wishes to have it strung.
DC Sports is not responsible for string breakage if:
– the customer experiences an "off-center" hit.
An off-center hit means that the string broke on the outer part of the stringbed, near the racquet frame.
Since the strings are more sensitive when moving away from the center of the racquet, the possibility of breakage increases.
