Dan Cordage Sports is not responsible for broken rackets during stringing if:

– the requested tension exceeds the tensions recommended by the manufacturer.
– the racket has cracks and the customer still wants it strung.

Dan Cordage Sports is not responsible for broken strings if:

– the customer experiences an "off-center hit".
An off-center hit means the string broke on the outer part of the stringbed, near the racket frame.
As the string is more sensitive when moving away from the center of the racket, the possibility of breakage increases.
